I thought that it was required to have liability if the car has plates on it (b/c in the past I have been required to randomly send in proof of insurance through the mail).

The car will not be driven in the next 6 months and my husband askes to have some type of storage insurance put on it to lower our bill. They secretary switched it to comprehensive only.

The claim is commonly know as a Mini-tort. and yes the letter does say “AT THE REQUEST OF OUR INSURED, WE ARE NOT MAKING AT PAYMENT”
