I have a 01 impala. yesterday i was on my way home from church and went through a curve and some how lost control of the can and flipped! Had to get the car totaled from the site. Called my dad today and he said that there’s on liability on the car. Can we get any money from the insurance company?

um… no. when you get liability only coverage you CHOOSE and UNDERSTOOD that it only covered damage to 3rd parties vehicles.
This was an at fault accident and you only have liability- you will get nothing from your insurance (unless you are injured and have injury coverage- u may get a portion of your medical bills paid)

no liability coverage only covers a third party. You cannot get any money from the insurance company since you didn’t comprehensive and collision coverage. Sorry! You get what you pay for.

uh, that would be a big NO….liability covers any other car you hit, does not cover your auto at all.
