Can we have auto insurance reform now?

Starship Pain asked:
Think about it, we could do away with pre-existing conditions for auto insurance. In other words you could go out and buy a wrecked Toyota from a salvage yard, put insurance on it and the insurance company would have to pay for the damages to the car before you insured it or even owned it. Its only fair, right?

Sounds good to me! I spend more for auto insurance than health care insurance anyways.
He wants to reform the Bill of Rights next. He hates the way it’s written. It lets people get away with way to much freedom. How can his utopia work if we have freedom?
That sounds very fair. And make it a law that only you or people related to you are allowed to run insurance firms.
